The Hood

I am settling nicely into my new digs and am very happy with my choice.  The location is great and the building is very new and nice.  There is a market (think flea market layout) about 2  blocks away that has all the essentials; my bank has a branch around the corner;  there are several restaurants of all types within walking distance.  All in all, it was a good pick!  Once my laundry is all done, I will post some pix of my apartment.  For now, enjoy this picture of my street!  And yes, that is a pink church in the background. :)
